Dag iedereen! Het is een aantal weekjes geweest sinds mijn laatste blogpost, maar geen zorgen – ik heb weer zitten werken aan een nieuw gratis patroon voor jullie! Je hebt er misschien al een voorproefje van gezien als je mijn podcast kijkt, voor anderen zal het nog even een geheimpje blijven. So, yes! That chunky yarn I mentioned in the title, just look at it…. SO LUSCIOUS! It’s Namasté from Scheepjes and let me tell you, it’s so nice and squishy and soft, mmm… Just delicious. I took a couple balls of it home when I was at Yarndale with Scheepjes (read all about it here). I got a cream one (601 Crane), rusty brickred (617 Bridge) and greyish blue (629 Upward Bow), and as I looked at them I thought they would go really well together!
Dus, ja! Dat dikke garen waar ik het over had in de titel, kijk toch eens… is dat niet heerlijk? Het is Scheepjes Namaste garen, en ik kan je al vertellen dat het zo lekker zacht is.. jammie! Ik had afgelopen jaar tijdens Yarndale een aantal bolletjes weten te bemachtigen (lees daar hier alles over). Een crème witte (601 Crane), baksteenrood (617 Bridge) en grijzig blauw (629 Upward Bow), en toen ik ze thuis uitstalde op mijn bureau bleek dat ze supergoed bij elkaar passen!
