Crochet Flower Pattern

Send someone a smile with this cute greeting card! A nice way to show people you’re thinking of them, especially when you’re not able to visit them for the moment. Very easy to make, here’s how:

Materials

Various shades of 4-ply cotton yarn. I have used: Scheepjes Sunkissed in 03 Breeze (blue), 15 Noonday Sun (yellow), and 19 Candy Floss (lighter pink). For the very last round I have used Scheepjes Cotton8 in 720 Fuchsia.

Fleur iemand op met dit leuke kaartje! Erg fijn om te sturen als je eventjes niet op bezoek mag bij je dierbaren. Het is erg gemakkelijk om te maken:

Materialen

Verschillende kleuren katoenen garen. Ik gebruikte Scheepjes Sunkissed in 03 Breeze (blauw), 15 Noonday Sun (geel) en 19 Candy Floss (lichtroze). Voor de laatste toer gebruikte ik Scheepjes Cotton 8 in 720 Fuchsia.

Pattern

Please note to change colour for each round if you want your flower to resemble the example.

Round 1: Ch4 (counts as 1 dc + 1 ch) in magic ring, *1dc, ch1* in ring, repeat until you have 12 dc in total, ss in first st.

Round 2: Ch3 (counts as 1 dc throughout), 2dc in first ch space, *3dc in next ch space*, repeat until you have 12 groups of 3dc, ss in first st, ALSO ss to next st (middle dc of first group).

Round 3: Ch3, 3dc into same st (middle dc of 3dc-group of previous round), ch1, *4dc into middle dc of next 3dc-group, ch1*, repeat until you have 12 groups of 4dc, ss to first st.

Round 4: sc around last ss, *((1tr, ch1) 6x, 1tr) into next ch space, sc in next ch space*, repeat until end, but replace very last sc with a ss.

Use last yarn tail to sew flower onto card. Use colouring pens to draw some leaves or other embellishments, and your card is finished! Write a sweet note inside and send it off to its recipient 🙂

Patroon

Wissel elke toer van kleur als je een bloem wilt maken die lijkt op het voorbeeld.

Toer 1: 4l (telt als 1 st + 1 l) in magische ring, *1st, 1l* in ring, herhaal totdat je 12 st in totaal hebt, hv in eerste s.

Toer 2: 3l (telt als 1 st hier en verder), 2st in volgende l-opening, *3st in volgende l-opening*, herhaal totdat je 12 groepen van 3st hebt, hv in eerste s, en OOK een ss in de volgende s (middelste st van eerste groep).

Toer 3: 3l, 3st in dezelfde s (middelste st van 3st-groep van vorige toer), 1l, *4st in middelste st van volgende 3st-groep, 1l*, herhaal totdat je 12 groepen hebt van 4st, hv in eerste s.

Toer 4: v rond vorige hv, *((1dst, 1l) 6x, 1dst) in volgende l-opening, v in volgende l-opening*, herhaal tot eind, maar vervang allerlaatste v door een hv.

Gebruik het laatste gareneind om de bloem vast te naaien op de kaart. Met kleurstiften kun je blaadjes of andere decoratie op de kaart tekenen, en je kaart is klaar! Schrijf een lieve boodschap erin en hij mag op de post 🙂
