Floral Pop Blanket

Spring is definitely coming, and I’m looking forward to seeing more vibrant colours around me in my wardrobe and my home. If you’re thinking the same, you might like my newest pattern! The Floral Pop Blanket uses really vibrant and cute colours and will liven up any space. The pattern was originally published in Inside Crochet 133 and is now available for separate purchase! Lente komt er langzaam maar zeker aan, en ik kijk er nu al naar uit om heldere kleuren om me heen te zien. Als jij je ook verheugt op lekker frisse kleuren dan is deze deken misschien wat voor je! De Floral Pop Blanket gebruikt felle kleuren die elke kamer zullen opfleuren. Het patroon stond eerder al in Inside Crochet 133 en nu mag ik hem zelf uitbrengen. The Floral Pop Blanket is a wonderful mix of special techiques and mindless double crochets that will keep you entertained as you work through the squares. There are three square designs and you can customize the final look of the blanket by playing with the layout.

De Floral Pop Blanket is een heerlijke mix van speciale technieken en simpele stokjes. Bewaar de eenvoudige vierkanten voor ‘tv-haken’ en laat je los op de ingewikkelde delen als je er meer tijd voor hebt.

Yarn used

The Floral Pop Blanket uses Scheepjes Organicon and Cotton 8 yarns. There are four colours in total used for the blanket:
De Floral Pop Blanket gebruikt Scheepjes Organicon en Cotton 8 garens. De deken gebruikt vier kleuren in totaal:

Scheepjes Organicon (100% Organic Cotton, 170m/50g)
Yarn A: Organicon Desert Bloom x 11 balls
Yarn B: Organicon Glacier x 8 balls
Yarn C: Organicon Bright Ocean x 6 balls

Scheepjes Cotton 8 (100% Cotton; 170m/50g)
Yarn D: Cotton 8 Fuchsia x 3 balls

Please note: Scheepjes have since come out with more colours of Organicon, feel free to use Organicon 247 Swaying Tulip instead of Cotton 8 Fuchsia for Yarn D.
Let op: Scheepjes heeft laatst nieuwe kleuren gelanceerd van Organicon. Voel je vrij om Organicon 247 Swaying Tulip te gebruiken in plaats van Cotton 8 Fuchsia voor Garen D.
