The Verona Cowl is the perfect present for loved ones. It’s easy and quick to make but still provides a stunning end result. Add a shawl pin as a special touch.
The shell stitch pattern is easy to remember and perfect for TV-crocheting. The bulky yarn makes for a quick project, I finished mine in two evenings!
The pattern has been tested several times. It is available in both English and Dutch PDFs.

The cowl measures 20 cm/8” in width, and around 120 cm/47” in length.
You’ll need two balls of Scheepjes Verona for the main body of the cowl (=200 meters), and a scrap of Scheepjes Stonewashed for the edging (=20 to 40 meters).
If your local yarn shop does not stock Scheepjes Verona, Scheepjes Vinci is also a good alternative. Scheepjes yarns are available online through Wool Warehouse.*
