Payment
I accept payments via Paypal, creditcard, IDeal, Sofort banking and Bancontact/Mister Cash.
As for Paypal payments, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this system. Just click ‘Check out with PayPal’ at the end of the checkout, follow their instructions and use your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.
For Paypal purchases, if the payment is not received within 24 hours after the sale, I will cancel the sale. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
Shipping
Digital products are available for download immediately after the payment has cleared.
Physical items will be shipped out as soon as the payment is received. Usually this is within 1-3 business days. Large packages will always be sent with a track and trace code. Small parcels which fit through the mailbox will not be sent with a track and trace code. The shipping costs reflect shipping, handling and packaging costs.
Lost parcels
If you’re afraid that your parcel might have gotten lost in the mail, feel free to contact me. However, please keep in mind that I am based in the United Kingdom and shipping might occasionally be delayed by customs. A parcel is not considered ‘lost’ until 30 workdays have passed (6 week from shipping date).
Refunds and exchanges
All the items are checked and carefully packed prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, message me within 14 days of receiving the package. We can then work out whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please note that postage and shipping costs upon return are paid by the buyer. These fees are not refundable, with the exception of refund costs for defect items. A refund will be given once the returned product is received in its original state. Due to the nature of the product, digital patterns and custom made items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.
