The Bries socks were originally published as part of the Subtle Sock Collection. All of the socks in this collection are knit from the toe up, have a gusset, shortrow heel and heelflap, and are finished off with a twisted ribbed cuff.
Experience with colourwork knitting is recommended. You don’t need experience with sock knitting as the pattern contains extensive written instructions for each part. A tutorial video link for the sock cast on is included in the pattern, and more tutorial videos can be found on my YouTube Channel New Leaf Podcast.
The yarn used are Scheepjes Metropolis and Scheepjes Our Tribe, please find the affiliate links for purchasing yarn below. Recommended needle sizes are 2.25mm and 2.5mm (US1 + US1.5), either 80cm circular needles or double pointed needles.
The pattern is available in six different adult sizes.
