Learn to knit with colour
Colour is a huge part of my life, whether we’re talking about the colour of my wallpaper or a yarn palette for knitting colourwork. I’ve been designing knitting and crochet patterns since 2012, which means I’ve got tons of fabulous patterns, tutorials and other resources for you to browse.
Where to find patterns
Find all of my patterns by clicking on ‘Patterns’ in the menu. Some of those will be free, others will be available to purchase in my shop. I’ve always found it to be very important that everyone gets a chance to discover the fibre arts so you will find most of my patterns to be free here on my website. For all free patterns I also provide a paid PDF pattern which is great if you want to print it out. Most patterns are available in English as well as in Dutch. It’s a good idea to turn off any automatic translators.
My journey as a fulltime knitwear designer
Knitting and crocheting are two things that fill my life with so much joy. I started both as a hobby in 2011, and it all kind of snowballed from there! They have brought me so many opportunities, and the most lovely group of friends I could ever wish for. Want to know how all of that happened? As of September 2019, I am a fulltime knitwear and crochet designer, and I couldn’t be happier to call this my job! You are very welcome to join me on my journey by reading my blogs or catching up with me in one of my podcast episodes.
In October 2023 I published my first ever book ‘Breien met kleur‘ (Knitting with colour). I’m working on the English version, please stay tuned!
