Daar is ze dan weer! Mijn Sophie’s Universe, ik ben er nu al verliefd op.. En we zijn pas in deel 3! Dit deel was heel interessant om te haken door de reliëfstokjes in verschillende kleuren, ik vind 3D haken zo mooi! Ik zat wel steeds te twijfelen of ik me niet verteld had, na een tijdje begonnen de reliëfstokjes wat naar links op te schuiven namelijk. Na een hele hoop tellen bleek het toch te kloppen, gelukkig! Het zal wel recht trekken met blocken denk ik. 

There she is again! My Sophie’s Universe, I’m in love with it already. And we’re only on part 3 so far! I really enjoyed this part because of the front post crochet stitches, they add such an interesting texture and colour work into the project, it’s simply amazing what 3D stitches can do. I was doubting myself all the time though if I’d maybe counted wrong, because after a few rounds the stitches started to lean to the left side a bit.. but after a lot of counting I realised I was right after all, phew! I’m sure it will be fine when it’s blocked. 

Hierboven kun je de reliëfstokjes goed zien. Mooi hoe de kleuren uitkomen, niet? Echt heel blij met de kleurkeuze die ik heb gemaakt. Het garen is Scheepjes Colour Crafter, een heel betaalbaar garen wat dit grote project wat vriendelijker maakt voor je portemonnee 😉 Nu op naar deel 4, joepie! Heel veel haakplezier nog dit weekend!

In the picture above you can really see the effect of the front post stitches. I love how the colours are showing up, really happy with my colour choice. The yarn I’m using is Scheepjes Colour Crafter, a really affordable yarn. You don’t have to break the bank, even for a project as big as this one! Now onto part 4, yay!
