Ik heb weer een paar huisjes gemaakt! Nu alleen nog een lintje eraan en opvullen. En dan? Ik weet eigenlijk nog niet wat ik met deze huisjes ga doen, maar het lijkt me handig om op voorraad te hebben voor als ik weer op een markt wil staan. Dan hoef ik dat dan niet allemaal lastminute te doen! Ik ben trouwens ook aan het nadenken over leuke verpakkingen voor mijn haakwerkjes, weet iemand waar ik goedkoop vouwbare papieren doosjes kan bestellen? Het haakpatroon voor deze huisjes heb ik trouwens zelf geschreven, je vindt het hier.
I’ve made a couple more houses! I just have to add ribbons and stuff them. And then? I actually don’t have any plans yet for these houses, but I think it’s good to have a few in stock if I’m going to participate in a craft fair again. Last time I was very busy preparing everything last-minute, so this will give me some more time. Also, I’m thinking of nice ways to wrap up my crocheted goods, I was thinking about small paper boxes, does anyone know where to get them? By the way, the pattern for these crocheted houses is one of my own patterns, you can find it here. 

En eindelijk heb ik ook knopen gekocht voor mijn triangelkussen. Ze passen er dan wel niet helemaal perfect bij, maar ik had geen zin om verder te zoeken. Misschien dat ik ze nog wit ga verven, maar eigenlijk ben ik daar ook een beetje te ongeduldig voor, haha. Ik ga trouwens de achterkant van deze knoop als de voorkant gebruiken, ik vind dat de bloem niet echt bij het geometrische kussen past. To be continued!
I finally bought buttons for my triangle pillow. They are not a perfect match, but I didn’t feel like looking any further. Maybe I’ll paint them.. but I know I’m way too impatient for that, haha. I’m going to use the backside of the buttons as the front side, because I feel like the flower doesn’t match with the geometric design of the pillow. To be continued!
En even weer iets heel anders: een mandje van textielgaren! Het blauw-witte garen komt van een gerecycled kledingstuk, en het roze garen is van Zpaghetti, de fijnste die ik tot nu toe heb geprobeerd. Het garen wat ik zelf maakte van het kledingstuk is wat rafelig, dus daarom vond ik het mooi om het met Zpaghetti garen af te werken. Hier komen er zeker meer van!
Time for something completely different! I crocheted this basket with textile yarn. I made the blue-white yarn from an old dress, and the pink yarn is store-bought Zpaghetti-yarn. I’ll definitely be making more of these!

Bijna af! Nog een paar toeren van het randje aan de linkerkant, en dan nog een decoratief randje aan de onderkant. Ik kan niet wachten om het te dragen, en ik heb al plannen voor een nieuwe top! Zijn jullie ook al aan het haken of breien voor de zomer?
Almost done! Just a few more rows of edging on the left side, and then an edging around the bottom part. I can’t wait to wear it! And secretly (well, not so secret anymore now) I have plans to make another one to wear this summer. Are you already crafting for the summertime too?
